KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.The BD Manager Asia North is responsible to drive profitable growth in Packaging industry, based in Japan by combining deep technical expertise with commercial leadership. 2.You will play a pivotal role in shaping customer strategies, commercializing new innovations, and translating complex customer needs into compelling, marketready solutions. 3.Working at the intersection of sales and innovation, you will deliver highimpact projects,initiate new product development as well as designing and successfully implementing the marketing strategy

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 1. At least 5 years of experience in the polyolefin (PO) industry. 2. Solid working experience in polyolefin companies, Trading Houses , or Converters (downstream). 3. Demonstrated success in Business Development in the Japan market. 4. Bachelor or above, in Engineering, Chemical, Business, or related fields. 5. Proficiency in both Japanese and English. (Japanese preferred) 6. Location: The virtual office will be in Tokyo, with a travel frequency of 30% in Tokyo, 30% in Osaka, and 30-40% in other regions of Japan.
