Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Preparing daily cash reports and other financial statements
2. Managing corporate E-banking users for the group
3. Maintaining and updating bank account information
4. Handling changes to bank signature cards
5. Processing E-banking operations and record-keeping related to notice deposits
6. Managing and maintaining corporate credit card services for the group
7. Addressing the company's credit needs, such as issuing letters of guarantee
8. Handling agreement signing, registration, and filing tasks related to structured deposits
9.Monthly MTM Report filing
10.Process and reconcile insurance premium and allocation service
11.Collect financial statements and certificates during the KYC process
任职要求
requirements / qualifications
1. bachelor's degree or above, banking experience is preferred
2. good communication ability and interaction skill with people
3. chinese and english language skills necessary
4. reponsible and drive for result
5. advanced ms office skills
