Position Summary:
The position will support HR manager in participating in developing HR goals, objectives, and systems. Providing HR daily support to the assigned business units and/or groups. Implementing and following through the overall HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of human resource. Support the HR manager to complete the routine HR tasks in compliance with agreed HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policy and projects to ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensures quick response to business units in HR related including recruiting, organization change, compensation, training, performance management, people development, etc.;
• Communicates with employees at all levels, delivers and explains company policies, and strengthens communications with department managers to create an open and cooperative atmosphere.
• Maintains or updates company organization charts and job descriptions as necessary.
• Generates various HR reports and conduct HR data analysis.
• Seeks for continuous improvement on HR practices and operation.
• Participants in regional/Local HR projects; Supports other functions & projects as HR representative.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in related majors.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a functional and/or generalist human resources role. Experience in multinational environment is a must.
• Be capable and willing to work on day-to-day operational issues as well as the sense of human resources strategic activities.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written). Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team and inter-personnel skills.
