Key Qualifications • Experience working consumer electronic products in a design, manufacturing or product / test engineering role • Experience performing reliability testing is a plus (on materials, display modules or assembled systems) • Capability of processing and summarizing data. Ability to use analysis process tools & software (JMP, Tableau, etc) is a plus. • Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to drive decisions and problem solve in an unattended manner • Highly self-motivated person with innovative thinking. Description In this role, you will collaborate with Customer engineers to develop display product reliability and work in partnership with vendor labs to guide vendor for test execution, data reporting, failure analysis, driving lab readiness for test validation, conducting regular lab audits to determine if the quality is adequate. • Drive vendor lab to keep reliability lab meeting high standard quality to fulfil the engineering validation requirement. Conduct regular lab audits and provide report to show the auditing result, and further drive vendor for improvement • Conduct lab equipment readiness check before test start, and deliver reliability testing plans/test SOP document for test execution • Report/summarize test result and present complex data cleanly, and discuss with the Customer engineers about the findings or problems • Resolve day to day logistic challenges at vendor site to ensure the reliability validation activity meet the product development schedule constraint • Work closely with the Customer counterpart and Customer industrial partners in Asia to develop display product reliability • Understand complex failure modes, with guidance from reliability and engineering team to provide direction for failure analysis to drive toward root cause • Support new tests development that are critical for validation of reliability Education & Experience BS or MS degree in engineering, or equivalent degree 2+ years applicable experience
