Job Responsibilities-
• Act as an efficient problem solver to identify, analyze and solve the clients’ issues by providing the solution in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, organization transformation etc.
• Support project delivery under the guidance of project manager in areas such as interviews, draft project deliverables, and actively participating and contributing to team discussions.
• Work with other consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills

Requirements-
• Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in HR related fields or 1 year of consulting experience.
• Fluency in English
• Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
• Organized and efficient
• Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel
