Brief description of the position: According to regulations of Country and Province safety laws, fire protection laws, relevant legal regulations and specific requirement of the company, concerning the main responsibility department and Paintshop area. Responsible and implement the management systems for safety, fire protection and occupational health in the Paintshop. Responsible for all safety, fire protection and occupational health related activities (such as internal and external audits, walkaround, action plans follow up and continuous improvement plans) in the Paintshop. Key Tasks: Organize and create production safety regulations, processing safety instruction of the department, preliminary plan for safety accident, fire and carry out the supervising and checking of the implementation; Create and organizing for all employees (including special activities-MA) training for the production safety responsibility system, implement the self-safety responsibility of all employees and document the training; Carrying out, organize and optimize occupational health management system and production safety Standardization, ensuring functioning operation of the system; Setting up the department's safety check system, cladding test standard; Performing the safety management of safety protection systems, hazardous chemicals, electrical safety, special systems and hazardous activities in the Paintshop; Organize daily and professional safety, fire protection check and checks before the festival, promote risk elimination and check the implementation status; Active development Protection against occupational diseases, organize health check; Safety department support create standard for occupational health and safety articles, responsible for applying occupational health and safety articles for the department, accept and distribute, check the wearer occupational health and safety articles; Participation in acceptance Safety and occupational health protection systems in the department after completion of the new building, conversion, expansion; Responsible for safety and fire protection monitoring and management of the correlative sides in production and construction work in the scope of the department; Report the accident in a timely and true manner, organize and participate in the investigation and processing of fire and safety accident; Responsible for the development of fire protection mesh management, for example, focal point, warehouse and other position in the department; Responsible for the management of water domes, fire extinguishers, emergency indicators and other fire protection systems and equipment; Creation of fire protection document archiving of the focal points in the department, support the key to the fire protection responsibility of the focal points; Responsible for management of fire brigade volunteers in the department, Responsible for the evacuation plans and simulacrum training actions. Qualification and skills: Bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years of experience as Safety Officer in the production areas in the Automotive Industry. Must have skills in Safety Norms, Government safety laws, help protection systems and fire protection management. English language needed.
