1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage
2.Good understanding of the PV market of SEA countries
3.A minimum of 2- 3years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry
4.Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
5.Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
6.Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
7.Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
8.High reliability and ability to work under pressure
9.Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
10.Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
