职位描述 1. 负责汽车外饰功能件新产品的开发或原产品的设计变更。 Responsible for the new products development and the design change. 2. 建立或更新所负责产品的3D&2D数据。 Responsible for the 3D&2D 3. 对客户的数据进行匹配，能将现有产品或设计新产品以满足客户的要求，将产品应用于新的客户平台； Package study according to the customer requirement, design or improve the parts to meet the customer platform requirement 4. 支持并完成PDM相关工作； Work based on the PDM; 5. 跟踪实验并根据实验结果完善设计； Monitor the test and improve the design; 6. 参与新产品设计方案的制定与评审工作。 Participate in the development and evaluation for the new production design program 7. 根据现有的产品，对相关部门提供技术支持； Engineering support for the related role or department 8. 跟客户提供技术支持及解决方案； Continual support for the customer to get the solution 9. 结合benchmark等相关工作，提升设计能力； Based on the work for the benchmark, improve the design ability 10. 工作均要遵守ISO14000、IATF16949的相关要求； The work should comply with the requirements of ISO14000 and IATF16949. 11. 完成上级主管布置的其他工作。 Complete other jobs which are arranged by the Supervisor.

职位要求 1. 教育背景：机械/电气相关专业，本科以上或同等学历 Education Background: mechanical / electrical-related professional, college-level or higher or equivalent 2. 知识/技能：熟练操作CATIA/UG，计算机熟练，熟悉GD&T, PPAP, 注塑模具，冲压模具，装配工艺，有问题解决能力。 Knowledge / Skills: familiar with CATIA/UG, Computer proficiency, familiar with GD & T, AutoCAD, PPAP, injection molds, stamping dies, assembly processes, problem-solving ability. 3. 具有一定的组织协调能力。 Has a certain ability to organize and coordinate
