岗位职责
ob Responsibilities (岗位职责): l Capturing arising market opportunities in the IndoPac region of PV market. l Acquisitions of new customers, maintain existing distributors & relationships and create higher sales revenue & market share. l Approach developers, project investors, Grid companies,policymakers, and technical consultancy/advisors for all possible business opportunities. By networking with the industry try to help close more orders. l Teamwork with the existing sales team, to everage the existing channel resources into a higher sales converting rate. l Join the pre-sales technical team to end customer visiting and distributor product promotions. Strengthen the B2C exposure rate on presale & after-sales service, earning Jinko credit in the end market. l Cooperate with HQ PM Team, to manage the continuous development andmaintain competitiveness. l Monitoring the Pre-Sales and after Sales support, coordinating with the technical service team to achieve higher customer satisfaction. l Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs. l Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company. l Support marketing activities and marketing communications.Presentations on behalf of the company to tradeshows, customer roadshows, and seminars/webinars. l Building and demonstrating an understanding of the market and industry. Form up report on quarterly basis. l Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers.
任职要求
Qualification Criteria (资历要求): l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage l Good understanding of the local PV market l A minimum of 5-8years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/Solar industry but also in related industries (electronica applications,energy, inverters. etc.) l Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base) l Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously l Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills l Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills l High reliability and ability to work under pressure l Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork l Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis Language Requirement(外语要求): Proficient English
